Global Payroll Analyst - 1 Year Fixed Term Contract Job Description: This role will join our Rest Of World payroll team who manage accurate and on time payment of salaries, tax and third party payments for colleagues in 13 countries around the World. Also managing reconciliation activities relating to global payrolls - run reporting and insights relating to the global payrolls. Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the Winnersh or Newcastle office and 2 days from home. This role is a fixed term contract for 1 year, this role will complete after that time however there could be further permanent opportunities in the wider team. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you'll oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries, handling post-payroll tasks like reconciliations and compliance. You'll have the opportunity to gain exposure to various country payrolls, with the potential to take on any country's payroll as needed. You'll play a key role in supporting internal and external audits, maintaining process documentation, and contributing to internal projects. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll be responding to colleague queries and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
