Are you confident in your ability to sell on the phone, financially-driven, and motivated by building customer relationships? Join Lindy's UK Sales Team as an Account Development Executive and help us grow by re-engaging dormant and low-spend customers, generating new leads, and developing sales opportunities.
The Role
* Make outbound calls to potential, low-spend, and dormant customers.
* Handle inbound sales enquiries quickly and professionally.
* Build strong relationships with customers, providing tailored IT and AV product solutions.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, process orders, and generate quotes.
* Work closely with sales, marketing, purchasing, and finance teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
* Contribute to team targets and share insights on customer needs and market trends.
What We're Looking For
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and target driven.
* Customer-focused and proactive in problem-solving.
* Previous sales, telesales, or customer service experience preferred.
