Class 2 Driver Milnthorpe
Highway Repairs & Resurfacing | Ongoing Temp Contract | Start ASAP
Were looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a busy highways team based in Milnthorpe. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working outdoors, and getting stuck in with a hardworking crew.
This role is commutable from Kendal, Carnforth, Kirkby Lonsdale, Grange-Over-Sands and Lancaster.
What youll be doing:
* Operating an HGV Class 2 vehicle for highway repairs and road resurfacing
* Supporting the team with general labouring duties as required
* Working Monday to Friday
* Representing the business professionally while working across local road networks
What were looking for:
* Minimum 1 year Class 2 (Cat C) driving experience
* Valid CPC & Tachograph
* Someone physically fit who doesnt mind helping out on the ground when needed
* A reliable and team-focused attitude
Pay:
* xkybehq £16.00 per hour for the first 8 hours each day
* £17.50 per hour for all hours worked over 8 per day
* Weekly Pay
Contract:
* Ongoing temporary contract
* Immediate start available
