Estimator & Senior Estimator Roles

Join a leading team delivering complex infrastructure projects across multiple sectors. We are seeking an experienced Estimator and Senior Estimator to play a key role in preparing and managing competitive tenders that drive our client's success.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee registration, control, and administration of tender documentation.
* Manage tender preparation from initial receipt through to submission.
* Present tenders at review meetings with senior stakeholders.
* Coordinate with supply chain teams to issue supplier and subcontractor enquiries.
* Conduct technical and commercial assessments of labour, plant, materials, and temporary works.
* Perform take-offs from drawings and develop cost-effective tenders using first principles.
* Analyse and price project risks accurately.
* Prepare tender submission documents and detailed estimating reports.
* Support proposals and contract management functions.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in civil engineering sectors (rail, highways, aviation, utilities, power).
* Strong background in First Principles Estimating.
* Solid civil engineering project experience.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and estimating software.
