We have an opening for a fantastic Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie to join our team. Someone with a love of food, ingredients and making people happy. These are some of the benefits available: Annual salary between £29,000 - £32,000 per year depending on skill level Guaranteed tronc of £5,500 - £6,500 per year paid monthly. Any shortfall in tronc, salaried topped up. Discretionary 10% bonus worth up to £2,900 - £3,100 per annum.
