Responsibilities
* Take a hands‑on approach to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality software applications.
* Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that meets project requirements.
* Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and enforcing coding standards.
* Lead project planning and estimation, ensuring timely delivery and efficient execution.
* Act as a bridge between Engineering and Senior Management, communicating progress and technical challenges effectively.
Requirements
* Strong experience in C# .NET (Framework & Core) and SQL/MySQL, building web services.
* Demonstrable Leadership experience (coaching and mentoring developers).
* Knowledge and understanding of software architecture.
* Knowledge of ES standards and TypeScript (beneficial).
* Solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
* Experience with message brokers and NoSQL (advantageous).
* Familiarity with WinForms/WPF (useful).
* Background in Agile environments with TDD or similar quality‑focused approaches.
