We are looking for a Document Controller to be based in Heage, Derbyshire. This is a full time, permanent position, with hours of work being 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday. Duties of the Role: To carry out high quality administrative duties in a timely manner and contribute to the professional and efficient running of the team. Input of information onto standard construction industry systems (such as Viewpoint, R Drive, Smart Waste and Work Wallet). Support in the completion and updating of live contract documentation. Project support to the Operations Team to achieve successful project delivery. Support of core functions and any other office duties such as filing, photocopying, uploading and scanning drawings and other documents. Key Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience working in an administration role. Able to work autonomously and use own initiative. Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Good attention to detail and accuracy in work. A team player who is able to accommodate a certain level of flexibility.
