The Role You will be involved in a broad and high-quality caseload, including: Financial services litigation, particularly: Restructuring and insolvency Acting for creditors, Insolvency Practitioners, and company directors Advising funders and creditors in contentious matters Complex commercial and corporate disputes Real estate litigation Breach of warranty claims and indemnity issues This role offers early responsibility and exposure to high-value, complex matters across Northern Ireland, working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers.
