Due to the structure of the team, they are now looking to appoint an Associate-level (Grade B) Solicitor or Legal Executive who can play a key role in supervising and supporting junior colleagues. This role offers a balance of hands-on fee earning, technical input, and people leadership, within a supportive and well-established team environment.\n\nThe Role

\n\t
* Manage your own caseload of serious and catastrophic injury matters
\n\t
* Handle high-value and complex claims, including catastrophic injury work
\n\t
* Supervise, coach and support junior fee earners (Grade C and D)
\n\t
* Provide guidance and technical support to colleagues as required
\n\t
* Deputise for Senior Associates where appropriate
\n\t
* Contribute to business development and help grow the team’s profile locally
\n\n\n
The Ideal Candidate
\n\n
\n\t
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (4-7 PQE)
\n\t
* Previous or current experience of supervising junior colleagues
\n\t
* Strong background in claimant Serious and/or Catastrophic Injury work
\n\t
* Experience managing multi-track personal injury claims
\n\t
* Clear, confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
\n\t
* Committed to delivering excellent outcomes and client service
\n\n\n
