Office Coordinator Permanent £27,000 - £31,000 Hybrid – 4 days London office based, 1 day from home Are you the kind of person who notices when the coffee’s running low, the meeting room chairs are out of place, or the post needs urgent attention – and just makes it happen ? We’re looking for an Office Coordinator who will keep our London office running smoothly and help our teams in Bristol, Edinburgh, and Manchester feel just as supported. This is a role where no two days are the same, and where your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and can-do attitude will make a real difference. You’ll be part of our friendly Business Support Team, working closely with our Office Manager, EAs, and PAs to create a welcoming, well-organised workplace for everyone. From managing facilities and supplies, to helping with onboarding, to making sure meetings run like clockwork – you’ll be at the centre of it all. What you’ll be doing: Acting as the first point of contact for all office needs in London – from greeting guests to liaising with serviced office provider Supporting hub offices with bookings, access, and logistics Coordinating desk bookings, answering the main switchboard, and keeping shared inbox in check Managing post, couriers, and supplies to keep everything moving smoothly Helping new starters settle in (and making sure leavers are offboarded just as seamlessly) Lending a hand with admin, events, and projects across the business Taking on key Health & Safety roles as First Aider and Fire Warden Maintain Business Support intranet page and weekly team schedule. Provide admin support to the wider business (scanning, printing, filing). Support firm-wide projects and EA/PAs during busy periods.
