This role will include the study of data management techniques for our engineering applications, under the direction of our team members. The scope of work is expected to be, but not limited toPerform literature searches on Anomaly Detection techniques.Methods developmentThe candidate is expected to perform methods reviews to improve existing data management and data visualization capabilities.Develop tools and processes whilst working in collaboration with team members and external academic partners.Methods applicationSupport of application of relevant methods to various engineering projectsRequirementsPost-graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning or Data Science.Experience in developing Data Analytics models.Experience with Anomaly Detection techniques.Strong Python programming skills.Good communication skills.Good, adaptable team worker, eager to learn and develop.Ability and confidence to work independently.Existing permit to work in UK.MiscellaneousStarting date: November 2025Duration: Up to 12 monthsLocation: Work will be based at GE Vernova Power, Rugby, Warwickshire.
