Content Executive

Top ten Accountancy firm is seeking a Content Executive to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Content, you will work closely with the brand and communications team, marketing, business development, and other departments to develop brand collateral both internally and externally.
You will create, edit, and optimize content, supporting the Head of Content in streamlining and modernizing output. Your work will vary daily, from scripting videos to interviewing economists, across multiple platforms including podcasts and research reports. We're seeking a digital-savvy individual comfortable with research and online content optimization.
Core Duties include:
* Writing and creating content for various platforms, ensuring clarity, tone, and SEO optimization.
* Managing content projects using project management tools and coordinating with stakeholders.
* Proofreading and editing content to adhere to brand guidelines and purpose.
* Collaborating with digital teams to update the website and repurpose content for online channels.
* Developing engaging campaign content based on macroeconomic insights.
* Working with design and marketing teams on scripts and content execution.
* Aligning with social media and agency partners to boost engagement.
* Producing content for the firm's podcast platform, The Loop.
* Building relationships with key stakeholders across departments and sectors.
* Contributing to internal and external brand initiatives, including CSR and diversity programs.
* Participating actively in team meetings and projects, demonstrating collaboration.
* Researching sector trends and competitor activities.
Ideal candidates will have:
* A degree in English, communications, journalism, or related fields.
* At least three years of relevant experience in content creation and support roles.
* Experience in publishing or corporate communications.
* Knowledge of SEO and translating data into compelling messages.
* Experience producing multimedia content like videos and podcasts.
* Proficiency in digital writing, including blogs, social media, and emails.
* Strong writing, editorial, proofreading, and communication skills.
* Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
* Teamwork skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
* Confidence to challenge senior colleagues and advocate for change.
* Proactive, self-motivated attitude.
