We're working with a fantastic client who's looking for an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant to join their Belfast team. If you've got at least three years in agency recruitment, a proven track record in sales, and the drive to create something special, this could be your next big move.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be building your own legal recruitment desk, developing new business relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams across Northern Ireland and beyond, and becoming the go-to consultant for legal talent. From newly qualified solicitors to senior associates, in-house counsel to partners, you'll be connecting exceptional candidates with career-defining opportunities. This is a role for someone who's hungry, motivated, and ready to take ownership of their success.
What you need:
* Minimum three years' agency recruitment experience
* Strong sales background with a track record of winning new business
* The drive and motivation to build and own your desk
* Proven ability to consistently hit and exceed targets
* Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Resilience, ambition, and a competitive mindset
