We’re looking for a Commercial Intelligence Manager to help the Commercial drive the next phase of growth.</p><p>This is not a traditional sales or customer success role.</p><p>This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, data analytics, AI, and customer growth - owning revenue outcomes through a combination of relationship management, commercial intelligence, and data-driven decision making.</p><h3><b>What you’ll be doing:</b></h3><p>You’ll own and grow a portfolio of accounts while identifying new market opportunities, using insight, analytics, and technology to drive commercial success.</p><h3><b>Key areas of responsibility include:</b></h3><ul><li>Build and manage predictive revenue models (pipeline, churn, expansion)</li><li>Improve forecasting accuracy across commercial functions</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities through data-led prospecting</li><li>Analyse pipeline performance, conversion trends, and market opportunities</li><li>Develop compelling commercial propositions backed by market insight</li></ul><h3>Customer Growth & Commercial Ownership</h3><ul><li>Manage and grow strategic customer relationships</li><li>Drive platform adoption, consumption, and value realisation</li><li>Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using behavioural and usage data</li><li>Partner with clients to solve operational challenges through Broker Insights capabilities</li><li>Understand client environments, workflows, and commercial objectives</li><li>Deliver impactful demos, business cases, and value narratives</li><li>Support onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer success</li><li>Bring customer insight back into product and technical teams</li></ul><h3>Cross-Functional Commercial Leadership</h3><ul><li>Act as the bridge between commercial, data, product, and analytics teams</li><li>Align stakeholders around shared revenue metrics and growth objectives</li><li>Support strategic planning with evidence-based recommendations</li></ul><h3><b>What were looking for:</b></h3><p>You’ll likely bring a blend of commercial acumen, analytical capability, and customer leadership. We’d love to hear from candidates with experience in:</p><ul><li>New business development and account growth</li><li>SaaS, data, technology, analytics, or commercial insurance environments</li><li>Predictive modelling, AI-driven insights, or commercial forecasting</li><li>Translating technical concepts into compelling customer outcomes</li></ul><p>Experience with data platforms, analytics tooling, APIs, or consumption-based commercial models would be highly advantageous.</p><p>The salary for this role is £60,000 - £65,000 p.a., as well as 5% matched pension contributions, a generous holiday leave scheme, and a range of other employee benefits.</p></div>
