To be successful, you will have...
5. Eligible for registration in the category of Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
6. Demonstrated ability to provide effective nursing leadership and advanced clinical skills relating to Emergency Nursing, High Dependency, General Nursing, Midwifery or Theatre in an environment of change and evolution of service delivery.
7. Demonstrated evidence of effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills including conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
8. Demonstrated coordination of human, physical and financial resources for the delivery of cost effective quality nursing care.
9. Demonstrated understanding of continuous quality improvement programs and risk management.
Position Profile:
Will provide clinical leadership and professional consultancy to after-hours nursing staff within Derby Hospital. Plans, organises, directs and coordinates all work arrangements and functions that fall under their jurisdiction to ensure that a high level and quality of patient care is delivered at Derby Hospital.
