Joining Safran as a Composites Team Leader means stepping into a pivotal position where your leadership and expertise will directly influence some of the most advanced aerospace manufacturing programs worldwide. Based in our thriving Burnley site, you'll manage high-performing teams at the heart of nacelle production for leading aircraft such as the A330neo, HTF, Trent, and F7X. Your role will combine people leadership with a strong focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovation-helping us deliver high-quality composite solutions that set new standards for safety, sustainability, and performance in the industry. - Experience leading or managing teams, ideally within aerospace or engineering environments.
- Strong knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent organisational, time management, leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, flexible working style and demonstrated ability to drive change with high levels of motivation.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
