JOB TITLE: Recruitment Consultant (M and E industry)
REPORTS TO: Operations Director

We are seeking an organized, tenacious, hardworking, money-driven, and enthusiastic individual to join our energetic team based at our Sale, Manchester office.
Working within a friendly office environment, your main task will be to fill a vast number of jobs from our clients, as a key part of the Recruitment team. Hours: 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Main Purpose of Job
To develop and carry out all aspects of Recruitment Sales and Resourcing, along with the associated administration. You will primarily work on permanent and temporary recruitment in the M and E industry, and also handle other permanent recruitment when needed.
Applicants should have many years of strong recruitment experience, ideally within the M and E industry, though candidates with success in other recruitment sectors will also be considered.
Main Duties
* Gain new business through a structured and consultative approach
* Manage, nurture, and build relationships
* Develop a good understanding of client businesses, vacancy requirements, and future work
* Source suitable applicants, assess their skills, and build relationships
* Obtain candidate RTW documentation, certificates, and licenses
* Manage and update the database with all customer and candidate records, documents, quotations, and paperwork
* Cross-sell between temporary, permanent, and other divisions and regions
* Collaborate with colleagues across the business
* Achieve activity and revenue targets
* Develop sector-specific expertise
