About You
Our ideal Hospitality Assistant will possess the following skills and values:
* Caring nature
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Flexibility and adaptability to residents' needs
* Experience in catering service environments is desirable but not essential
* Delivering prepared food from kitchen to dining areas and serving meals in a friendly manner
* Ensuring refreshments are always available
* Setting up tables, tidying work areas, and preparing food areas for next service to maintain hygiene standards
Experience
* Experience in busy restaurant, hospitality, or catering environments is preferred
* Good communication and customer service skills to serve visitors and elderly residents effectively
* Team player, self-motivated, proactive, and flexible
