About the Role: As the Personal Assistant, you will serve as the operational backbone to the Managing Director (MD), ensuring priorities are executed with precision. You’ll manage complex schedules, support high-stakes initiatives, and handle sensitive matters with complete discretion. Your work will ensure the MD’s effectiveness, helping drive forward both strategic goals and daily operations across a dynamic business. Key Responsibilities: Proactively manage the MD’s schedule, calendar, travel, and correspondence with precision. Coordinate meetings, book travel, manage events, and ensure smooth logistics for key business activities. Liaise with key stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless communication and follow-through. Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports to support key initiatives. Ensure operational and administrative efficiency, including processing invoices, raising purchase orders, and managing documentation. Serve as the first point of contact—internally and externally—representing the MD with professionalism and polish. Provide a trusted, solutions-focused partnership to support both strategic and day-to-day responsibilities.What We’re Looking For: A proven track record of supporting C-suite or senior leaders in a fast-paced business environment. Exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information. High emotional intelligence with strong presence and communication skills. Naturally proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently. Impeccable organisational skills; able to manage shifting priorities without losing momentum. Technologically confident—fluent in Microsoft Office, calendar systems, and digital communication tools.
