POSITION SUMMARY:
Leads a store business unit, focusing on creating a consistent and positive customer experience. Assists in supervising all team members and business operations, monitoring production, retail processes, pick-up and delivery, shipping, and quality control. Manages the store in the absence of the Store Manager. The Store Assistant Manager performs all functions normally performed by team members.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite, expert service to customers.
* Evaluates team members' efficiency and productivity in creating positive customer experiences.
* Resolves customer disputes and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
* Creates a customer-focused environment across all store areas and maintains cleanliness and professionalism.
* Manages customer flow to improve service and ensure needs are met quickly.
* Provides training and feedback to team members during shifts.
* Participates in hiring processes and assists in onboarding new team members.
* Coaches and counsels team members on performance and adherence to policies.
* Coordinates with the Store Lead and production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
* Oversees shipping services and activities.
* Communicates store goals, performance metrics, customer issues, and initiatives to the team.
* Enforces company policies and maintains control measures.
* Assists with payroll, daily POS close-out, scheduling, inventory, and supplies management.
* Performs other administrative duties as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Ability to stand during entire shift.
* Lift and move up to 55 pounds.
* Perform bending and twisting activities regularly.
* Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
* Work cooperatively and follow instructions.
* Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Maintain attention and concentration over extended periods.
* Work with minimal supervision.
* Maintain regular attendance and support business hours.
