Main duties of the job

some of the busiest and most complex hospitals in the country. With a strong group model
and embedded senior leadership teams at each site, we are committed to delivering safe,
effective, and high-quality environments that enable outstanding care across East London.
Soft FM services play a vital role in how our hospitals look, feel, and perform every day. To
deliver outstanding care, we need clear insight into how well our services and suppliers are
performing, not just against contracts, but also across our internal teams.
The Performance Manager will help bring this insight to life. Working within the new

monitoring; creating live, visual dashboards and reports that make data meaningful and
actionable.
By integrating information from systems such as Synbiotix, Optima and Power BI, this role will
ensure that Soft FM’s performance is transparent, data-led and consistently improving. The
insights they generate will drive better decisions, stronger accountability, and better value for
money across all sites. This is a key role in building a culture of performance excellence, where data drives
improvement, and every service has the clarity it needs to deliver the highest standards for
patients, staff and visitors.
If you’re ready to lead with purpose and deliver real, lasting improvements, we look forward to
hearing from you
