The Role
As Purchasing Manager, you will report to the senior management team, you will take ownership of the purchasing function – from defining procurement strategies to managing supplier relationships and securing high-quality ingredients, packaging, and services. You will ensure cost efficiency while maintaining exceptional product standards.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and delivering purchasing strategies that balance cost control with quality and sustainability.
2. Building and managing long-term relationships with trusted suppliers.
3. Negotiating contracts and pricing to secure the best value.
4. Monitoring inventory levels and working closely with production planning to anticipate seasonal peaks.
5. Ensuring supplier compliance with quality and food safety standards.
