Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; accountable for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas, in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety processes to promote safety throughout all activities.
* Manage the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining all data accurately, ensuring proper receipt, checking, monitoring, registration, and distribution to project teams, clients, supply chain, and contractors.
* Provide professional administrative support to team members efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Lead a team of document controllers and/or assistants when required, developing procedures and guidance to deliver exemplary DM services.
* Develop strong relationships with clients, supply chain, project teams, and contractors to ensure system compatibility and effective communication.
* Provide regular progress reports on document status, including drawings issued, RFI/TQ registers, and technical submissions, as per project requirements.
* Maintain confidentiality and secure storage of documentation and drawings, adhering to company and project security standards.
