Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Programme Manager / PMO to support the programme management of the IT workstream during a complex business carve-out from a parent organisation. This role provides planning, reporting, and coordination support across all IT-related separation activities, including systems, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data migration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the IT Separation Lead in maintaining the governance framework, reporting cadence, and programme documentation.
2. Assist in developing and maintaining the integrated IT carve-out plan, covering Day 1 readiness, TSA delivery, and post-separation milestones.
3. Track progress and performance across IT workstreams, including applications, infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, and data migration.
4. Identify and escalate risks, issues, and interdependencies affecting IT deliverables.
5. Produce regular reporting, dashboards, and updates for senior IT leadership and the broader PMO.
6. Coordinate activities between IT workstreams, functional teams, and external advisers or vendors.
7. Ensure IT carve-out activities align with deal assumptions, separation objectives, and operational execution.
8. Support preparation of IT teams for Day 1 go-live, readiness sign-off, and post-close stabilisation activities.
