What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our Cloud Security team, you’ll work with our customers to build systems supporting their core mission capabilities. You’ll be part of autonomous, empowered Security DevOps teams, engaging regularly with end-users to understand, design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications and services.
* Contribute to the refinement of non-functional requirements
* Implement security best practices and recommendations, often through developed services and automation
* Facilitate effective relationships between third-party suppliers and Home Office platform teams
* Raise issues and risks appropriately
* Operate in small, cross-functional engineering teams to build supportable, sustainable, and reliable services
* Create quality documentation and Jira ticket comments
Certifications (completed or in progress):
* CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
* Cyber Security+
* Splunk Core Certified Power User
* Splunk Practitioner
* SSC - C03 or AWS - C03
Essential Technologies:
* Python (Shell Scripting)
* Splunk Queries
* AWS
