Responsibilities:
1. Provide project support to the Projects team/Chief Strategy Officer and carry out general administrative tasks.
2. Assist with creating project plans, proposals, timelines, and budgets.
3. Maintain and monitor project plans, coordinate activities and resources.
4. Manage risk, issue, and action logs; escalate risks as needed.
5. Maintain project documentation and templates.
6. Prepare and submit project updates and act as a point of contact.
7. Arrange and coordinate meetings, document actions, and update documents.
8. Cover meetings in the absence of a Project Manager.
9. Assist with communications, presentations, and training materials.
10. Follow and promote Stewarts' project management standards.
11. Support research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
12. Assist with business case development and user acceptance testing.
13. Perform quality assurance and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree education preferred.
* Project Management certification (e.g., APM, Prince 2) desirable.
* At least 2 years' experience in law or accountancy firms is a plus.
* Experience with legal IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel for multi-site projects.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate professionalism.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
