Relationship Manager
to play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with professional partners across the South West.
This is a senior role where you'll combine your healthcare expertise with a commercial mindset. You'll be responsible for developing meaningful relationships with case managers, financial deputies, legal professionals and healthcare specialists - helping us reach more people who need our support.
What you'll be doing:
* Building and maintaining strong professional relationships
with financial deputies, legal firms, case management companies, individual case managers and allied health professionals such as OTs and nurses.
* Driving the growth of our Complex Care community packages
, always aligned with Ocean Healthcare's strategy and values.
* Confidently representing and promoting our services
at local and national events.
* Finding and developing new client opportunities
through focused, proactive relationship-building activity.
* Responding quickly and professionally
to service requests, information needs and quotes - following up in a clear and structured way.
* Designing and delivering detailed sales and relationship activity plans
to support consistent growth.
* Keeping ahead of market trends and competitor activity
, while staying informed on relevant legislation and industry changes.
* Identifying and supporting tender opportunities -
leading on bid preparation when the decision is made to proceed.

What we're looking for:
* An experienced Occupational Therapist or Nurse with a strong background in Case Management.
* Current professional healthcare registration, alongside IRCM registration.
* A confident networker and relationship-builder, able to connect effectively at all levels.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to promote and present our services to a wide range of professionals.
* Self-motivated and organised, able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
* A solid understanding of complex care in community settings, including nurse-led care, learning disability and mental health services.
* Established relationships with Case Management companies across the South West would be beneficial.
* Desired experience in identifying and preparing tenders for Local Authorities, NHS providers and private funders
* Confident using CRM systems to support relationship and business development activity would be advantageous.

This role requires regular travel across the South West, so a full driving licence is essential. An Enhanced DBS will also be required.

Pay: £50k-£60k per year depending on experience.
