Job Purpose

Manage the consolidation & reporting of the Group results internally and to Parent Company (KHK). Manage certain day‑to‑day financial operations of the UK businesses.


Responsibilities

* Check and input incoming invoices
* Ensure invoices are properly authorised and coded
* Query any discrepancies
* Prepare accruals
* Maintain files and records
* Pay suppliers and send remittances
* Ensure all bank account movements are entered accurately and reconciled time‑wise
* Fixed Assets, enter new assets, depreciate and reconcile
* Sales Ledger reconciliation
* Pre‑Payments, release entries and reconcile
* Purchase Ledger reconciliation
* Intercompany reconciliation and agree to all other subsidiaries
* Assist with the production of periodic reporting and analysis
* Any other ad‑hoc duties as reasonably requested


Qualifications

* Experience using Finance Software package desirable not essential
* Microsoft Excel / Word working knowledge required
* Basic accounts knowledge useful
* Good administrative, organisational and communication skills
* Flexibility in working patterns to address peak time demands, to achieve Japanese and affiliate communications
