Description Meltwater is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join our team and contribute to building a robust data infrastructure that supports revenue-focused initiatives. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, based in our London or Toronto office. As an Analytics Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines to transform raw data into actionable insights. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement robust ETL processes. Additionally, you'll develop and maintain data models to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines for processing and transforming raw data into actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement robust ETL processes. Develop and maintain data models that support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting needs. Optimize database structures for performance and scalability, ensuring data integrity and reliability. Integrate data from various sources, including Salesforce, Marketo, and external APIs, to create a unified and comprehensive view of revenue-related data. Implement real-time data integration solutions to support timely decision-making. Establish and enforce data quality standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of revenue data. Implement data governance best practices to maintain data consistency and compliance. Work closely with the team to understand data needs and provide well-structured datasets. Support the implementation of data-driven models and algorithms in collaboration with Revenue Operations, FP&A, and Business Applications teams. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and database management. Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using ETL and reverse ETL tools like Fivetran, Census, Hightouch, and DBT. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc) Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery What We Offer: Competitive compensation: Base salary range for this position is $56,000 - $70,000 GBP per year before bonuses.
