What the Job Involves In your role as a Team Manager within the Family Help Service at Central Bedfordshire Council, you will support a team of Social Workers and Family Practitioners. Your team is responsible for delivering assessment care planning and interventions for families supported under targeted early help, child in need, and child protection pathways. You'll work in collaboration with communities and partners to impact children's lives positively, ensuring they are safe and inspired to achieve. The role involves making day-to-day safeguarding decisions, HR actions, and other necessary tasks. You will receive supervision and support as needed from the Service Manager or Head of Service and collaborate with a motivated management team.
