Social Network and CRM/Social Media Manager
We are seeking a CRM and Social Media Manager for a luxury tour operator based in central London. The role can be office-based, hybrid, or home-based. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, preferably for a luxury company, is essential. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus a generous bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the company's email marketing program and social media activities.
* Report directly to the Head of Marketing.
* Define and develop the organic social media content strategy.
* Monitor and report on KPIs.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven CRM and social media management experience in the travel sector, ideally luxury travel.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
