Skills & Experience:


* Proven HR / People Operations experience in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
* Experience in financial services / fintech / heavily regulated environments.
* Strong UK employment law knowledge.
* Ability to work autonomously, deliver quickly and communicate clearly.
