The Role
The successful candidate will join a busy Dispute Resolution department, managing a varied caseload across a broad range of contentious matters.
The firm is particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Employment disputes
* Inheritance Act claims and Contentious Probate
* Contract disputes
* Civil procedure matters
* Shareholder and partnership disputes
* Debt recovery
* Construction disputes
* Housing, landlord and tenant matters
* Boundary disputes
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse caseload of dispute resolution matters
* Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients
* Ensuring work is completed accurately and in line with the firm’s compliance and risk management procedures
* Keeping up to date with legal developments and changes in relevant areas of law
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contacts, and referrers
* Contributing to the ongoing success and development of the department
