Position: Garage Branch Manager
Location: Farnham, Surrey
Salary: Basic £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus Scheme (OTE £70,000) + Weekend Rate = £60,000 - £70,000 annual earnings
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30, Saturdays 1 in 2 08:30 – 16:30

Key Responsibilities:
8. Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
9. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of customer care, resolving queries promptly and fostering long-term relationships.
10. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and support staff to meet performance and quality standards.
11. Administrative Oversight: Manage job cards, invoicing, parts ordering and returns, cashing up, and banking procedures.
12. Site Maintenance: Ensure the workshop and customer area are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
13. Performance Reporting: Collaborate with Head Office, providing monthly reports on branch performance, targets, and improvements.
14. Financial Management: Understand and control profit and loss, manage costs, and optimise branch profitability.
15. Time Management & Planning: Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines, operational goals, and customer expectations.
