We are looking for a MICE Sales Manager to join a stunning, new, luxury London hotel, part of a highly regarded international hotel brand.
This role is a mix of proactive sales and events and groups lead generation balanced with conversion of enquiries and leads. Once confirmed, the event or group is passed to the planning team.
The MICE Sales Manager will manage existing MICE clients and generate new business from across the local London market and key international feeder markets for events and groups business.

The Role of the Director of Sales & Marketing
* The MICE Sales Manager will proactively drive events and groups business into the hotel.
* Target and contract new direct and agency MICE business as required and in line with the hotel sales strategy.
* Manage and develop existing corporate and MICE agency accounts.
* Work closely with the Director of Sales and wider sales team.
* Network and influence the brand global sales teams.
* Meet and exceed defined MICE sales targets.
* Hold site visits and client visits as required.
* Produce sales reports as required.
