Finance Manager (Temp-to-Perm / 6-Month FTC) | Leeds | £55-60k | Hybrid (1-2 days WFH)

This is a 6-month FTC with a very real path to permanent. You'll be stepping in during a crunch point- a fast-growing business, a lean team, and a serious appetite to raise the bar across reporting, processes and people.
Background:
This is a values-led organisation providing housing and support services for vulnerable adults. With big growth plans and an expanding client base, finance needs extra firepower. Following some recent staff turnover, there's now an urgent need for a hands-on, experienced Finance Manager to bring structure, leadership and pace to the client reporting function.
You'll report to the Financial Controller and work closely with senior stakeholders - but you'll also have plenty of space to take ownership, lead change, and get stuck into the detail.
What you'll be doing:
* Owning client reporting- quality, consistency, and delivery
* Leading and developing 3 Management Accountants
* Acting as the key point of contact for external clients
* Improving processes, controls, and reporting structures
* Supporting audits, budgeting, reconciliations and forecasting
* Partnering with the FC to modernise and professionalise the finance function
What you'll need:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* 5+ years' post-qual experience, ideally in dynamic or high-change environments
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small team
* Confident working under pressure and managing competing priorities
* Strong Excel and reporting skills
* Bonus: experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar systems

* Leeds-based role with free on-site parking
* Hybrid working (1-2 days from home per week)
* 6-month FTC with strong opportunity to go permanent
* Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
