Role Overview:
An established legal firm is seeking a skilled Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join their dedicated HDR team. This role involves managing cases through all stages of pre-litigation and litigation, providing expert legal advice, drafting complex documents, and representing clients in negotiations and proceedings. The position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours and is based at the firm’s Salford office.
Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum 3 years PQE in Housing Disrepair law
2. Experience managing Housing Disrepair cases from pre-litigation to litigation
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills
4. Proficient in drafting complex legal documents and agreements
5. Familiarity with Housing Disrepair Pre-Action Protocol
6. Competent with case management software (Proclaim preferred)
7. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently
What’s On Offer:
8. Salary between £40,000 and £60,000, depending on experience
