A respected and client-focused financial planning firm in near Sevenoaks is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a paraplanner looking to support a growing firm and contribute to delivering exceptional client service in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
As a Paraplanner, you will work closely with financial advisers to understand client needs, conduct in-depth research, and prepare detailed and compliant suitability reports. Your technical analysis will help ensure that all recommendations are aligned with clients' financial goals and regulatory standards. Collaborate with financial advisers to understand client objectives and planning needs
Conduct detailed research and analysis on investments, pensions, tax planning, protection, and estate planning strategies
Liaise with product providers and ensure accurate record-keeping in line with regulatory requirements
Assist in preparing client review reports and annual financial reviews
Stay up to date with financial legislation changes and product offerings
Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent); At least 2 years of experience in a paraplanning or technical support role within an IFA or financial planning firm
Strong understanding of financial planning principles (pensions, investments, tax, protection)
Proficiency with financial planning software (e.g., Intelligent Office, FE Analytics, Cashflow Modelling tools)
Competitive salary up to £45,000, depending on experience
