Telecommunications Engineer - Full Training Provided
Salary: £28,805.40 - £29,385.40 + Bonus
Hours: 45 during probation / 46 after probation

The Role
* Install broadband and TV services
* Resolve broadband faults
* Optimize speed in customers' premises on behalf of clients including TalkTalk and BT
* Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and T.V services
Key duties and responsibilities
* Complete all work to the required quality standards in line with Circet's best practices and client requirements
* Educate customers on the services installed, ensuring all services operate to the customer's satisfaction
* Work efficiently while maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction
* Respond professionally to all customer requests and inquiries
* Develop your professional abilities through timely training
* Comply with company fleet policies and health & safety regulations
* Ensure safe operation of tools and compliance with environmental regulations
* Adhere to data protection policies and relevant legislation
