Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Punch Setter/Operator to join our team in Kingswinford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to secure a long-term position with the potential for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set and operate punch press machinery, ideally Trumpf machines.
* Interpret and work from technical drawings to produce high-quality components.
* Ensure all work is completed accurately and on time to meet production deadlines.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Perform routine maintenance and checks on machinery.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Punch Setter/Operator is essential.
* Experience with Trumpf machinery is highly desirable.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Excellent timekeeping and a strong work ethic.
* Willingness to work overtime when required.
