Due to a period of growth, the firm are looking for a fee earner who can work largely unsupervised and deal with a range of work including:

* Leasehold Sale and Purchases
* Investment & Buy to Let Properties
* New Build Plot Purchases and Sales
* Transfers of Equity
* Right to Buy Purchases
* Leasehold Enfranchisement
* Lease Extensions
* Re-mortgages
* Shared Ownership Property Sales and Purchases
The firm have an excellent reputation in the market and have strong relationships with local third parties including estate agents and mortgage advisors.
