We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in Surrey Quays. The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a Property Manager in Residential Lettings. Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car. Benefits: Basic £30,000 Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm 5 day working week Parking permit supplied Fully comprehensive training and career progression Extra days holiday for every year at the company (max 10 extra days) Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of residential properties Act as the main contact for landlords and tenants, handling queries quickly and professionally Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment Carry out property inspections and ensure compliance with current legislation Handle rent arrears, renewals, and tenancy terminations Maintain accurate records using property management software Ensure all safety certifications (gas, electric, EPC, etc.) are up to date Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers Support lettings negotiators and the wider team with move-ins and move-outs Key Skills: Proven experience as a Property Manager in residential lettings Excellent knowledge of current legislation Strong organisational skills The ability to prioritise and multitask Confident communicator who can handle tough conversations with diplomacy IT literate with experience using property management software A self-starter who thrives in a busy environment Must hold full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car Additional Company Information: Our client is a well-established estate agency that has built its success on trust, honesty, and genuine local knowledge, who takes pride in offering a refreshingly down-to-earth approach, guiding clients with care and making every move personal.
