Role Responsibilities: As an Assistant Site Manager, reporting to the Site Manager, the role involves overseeing all aspects of a construction development site. Key responsibilities include: – Managing daily operations and providing clear direction to site staff. – Implementing and adhering to health and safety procedures in collaboration with Health and Safety Managers. – Motivating and supporting site staff through training, coaching, and toolbox talks. – Ensuring site presentation and production requirements meet the highest standards. – Conforming to building regulations and warranty providers’ requirements. – Maintaining accurate site records and ensuring remedial work is completed before inspections.
