Driving Licence: Ideally a driver due to school accessibility
Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and nurturing Primary Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils in Reception/Year 1 or Year 1/2 classes at a welcoming primary school in Winchester. This is a full-time role with the potential to become permanent, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact in a supportive educational setting.
Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to pupils in class and small group settings
* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
* Promote positive behaviour and engagement
* Support pupils\' academic and emotional development
* Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
* Experience working with primary-aged children
* Enthusiastic, patient, and reliable
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Ideally a driver due to school location
