Responsibilities:
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
Develop and execute authentic Italian menus, including daily specials and seasonal offerings.
Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.
Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen staff to maintain a positive, collaborative, and efficient work environment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, preferably in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy kitchen.
