The Package Basic Salary of £30,000 Car Allowance of £2000 Parking space provided near office in NG1 Job Responsibilities Previous experience in a lettings/ property manager role is essential 70% office based role Oversee an existing property portfolio and deliver high-quality property management services to our client’s. Assist in the overall block management Maintenance issues resolved within 24 hours on reporting. Always striving for a 100% occupancy rate. Arrange inspections, re-lets, renewals, move-out and deposit returns. Maintain and deliver excellent communication keeping all parties fully informed throughout the lettings and management process. Ensure compliance of the whole portfolio by organising and instructing relevant certification and liaise with contractors to deliver a seamless and quality service Maintain the properties in excellent working order, working closely with external contractors and our internal maintenance team to keep the properties in great condition Undertake all work to meet our core values of integrity and quality service. Assist with the full lettings process from advertising through to referencing, contracting, deposits and move-in Arrange viewings Assist in acquiring new Lettings Business. The Ideal Candidate Good time management skills are essential. Tenacity with a self-starter mindset and a drive to succeed. Proactive not reactive. High productivity with a ‘can do’ attitude. Be always organised, possessing a strong eye for detail. The ability to work under pressure whilst working to tight deadlines. The ability to work as an individual and as part of team, always communicating and working alongside colleagues in a positive manner.
