Order Management Administrator (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00 (40 hour week)
£28,500 per annum
Southampton, Totton. (Hybrid Working, 2 days a week from home after successful completion of probation)

Purpose of the role:
Responsibility for Customer Accounts, processing of orders, and daily maintenance of order schedules, resolving issues and queries. Communicating on Availability, Pricing and Product information.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Be the point of contact for customers for any queries or issues that are order related.
Using Oracle to process and acknowledge orders on a daily basis.
Manage customer accounts.
Liaising with the Lead time and Demand planning team relating to stock requirements.
Organise consolidated shipments and booking requirements per customers individual needs.
Attend Teams meetings with internal and external associates as required.
Work with Sales managers to ensure correct pricing for promotional offers.
Education and Experience:
Oracle experience would be preferred but not essential
Computer Literate
Experience with Microsoft Packages.
Use of Excel
