Job Description
The Head of Special Projects will lead strategic initiatives that shape the next phase of the institution's growth. Responsibilities include :
3. identifying new opportunities in education, technology, and partnerships; building business cases;
4. launching and scaling new verticals;
5. driving cross‑functional execution with marketing, academics, admissions, and product teams.
The role also oversees strategic partnerships with companies, universities, and startups and champions a culture of innovation, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in strategy, entrepreneurship, or consulting, with proven success in building initiatives from scratch. They possess strong analytical and project management skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments. A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent background is preferred, along with demonstrated stakeholder management capability and a bias for action.
