We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team supporting a major power and energy client. Based onsite near Wirral, you’ll be part of a high-performing team delivering complex infrastructure projects within a regulated utilities environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of project workstreams
* Assisting with NEC contract administration (including early warnings, compensation events, and documentation)
* Supporting cost control, forecasting, and risk management activities
* Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and key stakeholders
* Assisting with project governance, reporting, and programme controls
* Producing regular progress reports and presentations
* Ensuring compliance with client standards, processes, and HSE requirements
* Helping to resolve project issues and support smooth project delivery
Essential:
* Experience within energy, utilities, infrastructure, or engineering environments
* Understanding of NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4) or willingness to develop knowledge
* Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Commercial awareness and exposure to project financials or cost reporting
* Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools
Qualifications
* Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Commercial Management, or similar (desirable)
* Professional accreditation (APM, PMI, RICS) beneficial but not essential
