We are seeking a motivated and reliable Finance Administrator (Band 3) to join our busy Finance Team, based either at Antrim Area Hospital or Greenmount House, Ballymena. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the Trust, ensuring that resources are used effectively to deliver high-quality health and social care services across the region. You will work closely with colleagues across departments to provide essential financial administration, analysis, and reporting support in a dynamic healthcare environment. The Role Provide accurate and timely financial administrative support. Process and monitor invoices, payments, and budget information. Assist with data entry, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports. Use Microsoft Excel and internal systems to record, track, and analyse financial data. Communicate effectively with colleagues and service users, ensuring queries are resolved promptly. Support the Finance Team in meeting deadlines and maintaining financial compliance. Essential Criteria EITHER Demonstrate 1 year's relevant finance experience, OR Hold a minimum of AS Level in Business/Finance (or equivalent QCF Level 3 qualification). Other Requirements Hold a current full UK driving licence and have access to a car for business purposes. (This criterion will be waived for applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who can meet the mobility requirements of the post.) Skills & Abilities Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines. Ability to analyse financial information and clearly communicate findings.
